What products are offered?

Our store carries Cleansers, Toners, Treatments/Serums, Eye Treatments, Moisturizers, Sunscreens, Exfoliants, Body, Bundles, including items for cleansing, hydration, targeted care, sun care, body care, and coordinated routines where available.

Is shipping free?

Free-shipping eligibility, if available for the order, is shown at checkout.

How long will an order take?

Preparation usually takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is usually 2–4 business days and is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item because I changed my mind?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, request a mailed return or exchange for an eligible non-defective item, including a change of mind or a wrong selection. It must be new, unused, in original condition, and include the original package, labels, and accessories. The free return label is included inside the package, and there is no restocking fee. Do not mail a return before authorization.

What if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging. We will review a return, replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

Which payments are supported?

No Shopify Payments card or digital-wallet method is currently enabled; only a payment option actually displayed and accepted at checkout may be used. The checkout screen is the live source for the option available to a particular order.
