This policy applies to physical skin-care and personal-care orders placed through our store. We normally prepare an accepted order within 1–2 business days. Transit is generally estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch, but that estimate is not a guarantee.
Shipping charges and destination details
Any free-shipping eligibility is determined at checkout. Before submitting an order, provide a complete delivery address, an accurate email address, and a working phone number. Restrictions shown at checkout, carrier service areas, hazardous-material rules, or destination limitations may prevent shipment.
Tracking and delivery concerns
When tracking becomes available, it is sent with the order update. Carrier scans can be delayed. For a late or apparently lost parcel, send the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and delivery address. If tracking says delivered, first check the delivery area and household members, then contact us so a carrier inquiry can be considered. For visible shipping damage, keep the product and packaging and send clear photos or video. Delivery timing can also be affected by weather, holidays, address corrections, or carrier disruption.
